The Kitchen Depot
In early 2015 we started to develop The Kitchen Depot's franchise business model and franchise package to help the business expand nationally. One of the fundamental brand values was to ensure that the family business feel was retained throughout the network.
TKD is now well on its way with seven franchisees and performances even better than expected!
Yankee Candle has over 600 stores in the US and a distribution network in many other countries. We were asked to create a retail franchise model to establish a network of stores (including converting stores operated by existing distributors) across the UK initially and then Europe.
The new store design and franchise model is now up, running and being refined before roll out.
Pasta Remoli was founded in 2011 by Simone Remoli to develop a scalable pasta restaurant brand. Simone developed a simple production line approach to create superior tasting, healthier and fresh products that don't rely on skilled chefs to operate.
We have been working with them over the last eight months to develop the franchise concept - which is now ready to launch.
The Little Foxes Club
In 2007, The Little Foxes Club began in a park in London, when a couple of coaches wanted to build community by organising match-play and training sessions with children from the surrounding areas.
Since then, the Little Foxes Club has grown organically, with an increasing number of parents seeing the health and social development benefits of sports for their children. Now we've helped them take the first steps on their franchising journey.
We designed and implemented a complete franchise concept, including operations manuals for this successful home-based cruise sales travel agency that was owned by Victoria Travel before its sale to Fred. Olsen cruise line.
Go Cruise now has a network of 50 franchisees.
