ABOUT US

We are a small team and we plan to keep it that way. It lets us give our clients the hands-on attention they deserve, and helps us to be flexible in our approach.

Based in Scotland, but working worldwide, we specialise in advising businesses on how to start up a franchise, how to grow their franchise network and (when the time comes) how to franchise internationally.

Our goal is to help our clients businesses become profitable, sustainable and through ethical franchising. We possess the skills and provide the services that can make this goal a reality.

We have been working with businesses and advising franchises for over 20 years. Our founder, Euan Fraser is a committee member of the British Franchise Association, a member of the QPF educational programme's expert panel and regularly speaks at seminars across the country as well as providing specialist advice across a range of sectors.
